Registration
Registration should preferably be done by the electronic registration form on this web site. Deadline for registration is May 1, 2000. Receipt of your registration will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail. Definitive confirmation of the registration follows upon receipt of payment of the meeting fee on the Postbank account 7905966 of the Endo-Neuro Meeting in Rotterdam. Only when your meeting fee is received by the deadline of May 15, reservations can be made definitive. Please make sure that the payment is identifiable for the organizers as transferred by you as registrant. After May 1, e-mail registration will be blocked and only on-site registration is possible, but meeting fees are then considerably higher. Upon on-site registration payments for participation and dinner can be done at the registration desk of the meeting. For hotel accommodation you have to contact the Parkhotel 'De Branding' either before or at the meeting. Ask for Ms. Kitty Lamers for your direct reservations after May 1. If accommodation is available, she will offer you the room prizes as indicated below. Submission of abstracts Those who wish to present a poster at the meeting have to submit an English-written abstract. Poster sessions are on Monday June 5 (Endocrinology) and on Wednesday June 7 (Neurosciences). Abstracts can only be submitted electronically, deadline for the submission is April 1, 2000. Instructions on submission are given on the instruction page. Abstracts submitted without registration of participation of the presenting author will not be handled. Registration desk At the meeting, the registration desk will be open on Monday June 5 from 09.00-13.00 h, and on Tuesday and Wednesday June 6-7 from 08.30- 13.00 h. Costs Registration costs are listed below. Prizes upon electronic registration before May 1 are also indicated on the registration form. Pre-doctoral students have a reduced day fee, but have to show their 'collegekaart' at the registration desk of the meeting.
