REGISTRATION FORM is not active anymore

Registration of the meeting is closed. You are however still welcome to the meeting by on-site registration in Doorwerth.

The registration desk is open on Monday, June 5 between 09.00-13.00 h, and on Tuesday and Wednesday June 6-7 between 08.00-13.00 h.

Costs of participation upon on-site registration are Hfl. 100 per day (program booklet, hand-written badge, coffee, tea and softdrinks during the breaks, and lunch). You can also sign up for a dinner at Hfl. 50.
For hotel accommodation during the meeting you should contact Ms Kitty Lamers of the Parkhotel 'De Branding', Kabeljauwallee 35, 6865 BL Doorwerth, tel. +31 (0)317 31 9010, fax +31 (0)317 31 4546. Hotel reservations cannot be made at the registration desk of the Endo-Neuro Meeting.
